Will free stay free?
Yes. The CLI is MIT; public receipts, badges, the skill registry, and verification stay free forever — free open source is the point, the same way code coverage tools were free before us.
What will eventually cost money?
Private team features — never the CLI, never verification.
Why seats and not usage?
Receipts are kilobytes; we don’t meter your runs — replays are $0.00 because they don’t call a model.
Is there lock-in?
No — skills, traces, and runs are specified in SPEC.md. Leaving is copying a folder.
