Terms of Service

The service

Reelier is an open-source record-and-replay engine for agent tool calls, licensed under AGPL-3.0. You can run it entirely on your own machine, audit it, fork it, and self-host it. Reelier Cloud (reelier.com) is a hosted companion service for pushing run receipts and running scheduled replays; it is currently free, with no paid tier.

Your content is yours

Your skill files, run traces, and receipts belong to you. We claim no ownership over anything you create, record, or push. Your skills live as plain markdown in your own repository regardless of whether you use Reelier Cloud.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Abuse Reelier Cloud’s execution environment — scheduled replays run builtin-only tool calls behind an SSRF guard, and attempts to bypass that isolation are not permitted.
Use the service to attack, scan, or otherwise target third-party systems.
Interfere with the service’s operation or other users’ accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

BYOK responsibility

Reelier is bring-your-own-key. You are responsible for your own LLM/API provider keys and any usage costs you incur with your chosen provider. Reelier Cloud never receives or stores those keys, and Level-0 scheduled replay calls no model.

As-is, no warranty

Reelier and Reelier Cloud are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things working and honest, but we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, Fixlyai LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reelier or Reelier Cloud. This section is a placeholder pending formal legal review for your jurisdiction.

Termination / changes

You can stop using Reelier Cloud and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or discontinue Reelier Cloud, or change these terms, with reasonable notice — the open- source CLI keeps working regardless, since it runs on your machine and doesn’t depend on the hosted service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
